About me

Understanding and creating a new relationship with yourself is the basis of change in relationships with self and others. Therapy can help you to establish this relationship and ultimately define your own needs and how to best meet those needs.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I utilize different approaches in my practice depending on which is most appropriate for you in your situation. I may also suggest the use of NET - Neuro Emotional Technique®, a simple way of identifying and removing neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress patterns.
Most important, and underpinning all therapy, is the simplicity of an authentic and safe relationship.
