ABOUT ME
I am fortunate to enjoy what I do for a living. I respect and am dedicated to each person that seeks help from me. I work with people to help them find new ways of interacting with the world around them. As a collaborative practitioner, I am always looking to find the right interventions for each situation I am presented with. Over time I have become more aware of the incredible, and often minimized relationship between the body and the mind. A true believer in the value of therapy, I find unique and efficient ways of helping people find and access their own, inner healing power. This often translates to greater satisfaction overall in life and other relationships, but it always starts with the self.

My Philosophy
I believe in integrative therapy which utilizes a combination of traditional types of therapy with mind/body techniques based on neuroscience. I incorporate collaborative therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing depending on individual client needs.
I balance this work with neuroscience which guides my work by integrating a foundational knowledge of therapy with an understanding of how our emotional reality affects our physiological state and overall sense of well-being.
